CWFSC Annual Budget and Donation Recommendation

Each year, the CW Fire Safe Council (CWFSC) evaluates operating expenses and develops a budget to address basic and recurring needs. Based on historical and projected costs, an annual donation of $125 per property owner is recommended.

Uses of Funds:

• Liability insurance

• Annual picnic support

• Common gate repairs

• Dumpster rentals for clean-up days

• Emergency projects

Road repairs and maintenance may also be coordinated through CWFSC, with funding supported by contributions from residents along affected roads.
